The Tantalizing Twelve

The Tantalizing Twelve are a powerful group of phrases that allow the persuader to set a basis for doing business by offering a concession to get a concession.
Those students that take the time and trouble to memorize even half the list will find the process of converting suspects into prospects much more scientific and, therefore, much more accurate.
This will automatically raise your closing ratio dramatically. That translates into more end results. You should learn to use all twelve.

How would you like to have...?
Did you know that...
Can you imagine...?
Would you be interested in...?
Have you ever seen...?
Does it surprise you to learn...?

May I tell you about...?
Don't you think/feel that...?
Would you like to see...?
Why is it...?
